This blog is about how to learn Chinese language effectively. I am sure there are so many blogs and websites for people who are interested in learning Chinese language. My blog is targeting the parents of Elementary school students who are not native Chinese speakers and interested in Chinese language and culture.
After teaching Mandarin for over 10 years, I have not found a perfect set of Chinese learning material for Elementary age students. I could not wait any longer to start my own blog so that I can share some of my thoughts and suggestions with all the parents. Periodically, I will give my evaluation on some Chinese books that you can find in the market or school. Again, it is extremely difficult to find a book that is suitable for all age learners. As parents, it is important to understand your children's learning abilities and find the best book that is fun, educated, effective and affordable.
